Hi All,
I received a new HWIC and installed it. Unfortunately it is not recognized by the router.
This is the error message in Syslog:
*Sep 17 21:07:02.175: %GT96K_FEWAN-1-UNKNOWN_WIC: slot 0, wic card has an unknown id 53B
Here is the ‘sh ver’ command. I upgraded the IOS version thinking that could be the issue but it still does not work:

You need a minimum of 12.4(15)T and you are running 12.4(22) but not the T train. So you need to upgrade. See table 1A in this link for details -
