Catalyst 3750 switch boot with unknown format text.

When catalyst 3750 switch boot it show unknown formated text. Then it finished after boot I cannot write anything. How to solve this problem.

Check your console cable, and your port speed/flow control ont e machine you're using to access te console.

An incorrect speed will result in gibberish on the terminal screen. You should be running 9600 8N1 and no flow control on your terminal session.

I checked console and baud rate. I connected other cisco switch and it working good. How can I solve the problem? Help me pls?

Can you post an example of what comes out when you plug into the console port? It sounds like your only option is to call Cisco, because there could be something seriously broken with your switch.
