BARS problems after upgrade UCCx 5.0.2 to 7.0.1SR5

Hello guys

We did the upgrade of HA Cluster UCCX 5.0.2 to 7.0.1

We did upgrade to 7.0.1 + 7.0.1SR + 7.0.1SR5

No have upgrade OS. The O.S is W2K3

Now, the Backup Now and Restore now options is not available. Somebody know why?

We aren't using remote desktop or VNC, we are accessing local machine

Guys

Solve it. The problem was the application shortcut was x.x.x.x/appadmin, when I change to localhost/appadmin or name/appadmin, everything works fine.
