Hi,

We tried to install one E1 card in Cisco 3745 router and we are getting following error.

Slot 3:

        NM-2CE1T1_PRI Port adapter, 2 ports

        Port adapter is disabled deactivated

We installed the same in Cisco 2821 router and getting following error.

Slot 1:

        NM-2CE1T1_PRI Port adapter, 2 ports

        Port adapter is disabled

Both the IOS are supports these card and we also confirgured Card type e1 0 3 (card is in slot 3 in 3745)

we have also attached logs (show version / show diag) for both the router.
