ATA status reject on CUCM 7

Hi,

For the Linksys ATA that using for fax the status is Reject always. So I must  reset the ATA Adaptor the status will update to registered

Could you help me to find out the cause of the issue?

I attached the status as figure on CUCM in attachement.
