cisco 1700 series router failing to load IOS

guys kindly assist me. find the message i am getting when trying to boot my 1700 series router.

thank you Nagaraja. i have upgraded the IOS with a version that is currently runninf on one of my routers but the upgraded version is not loading again. jsut have a look at what i have done and the error that is coming out below:
