Issue with Unity's "Transfer to alternate contact number" is not able to connect calls?

I'm not have any luck  configuring the

Unity 7.1 call action "transfer to

alternate contact number" being able to complete the call transfer.

Any suggestions?

I have this problem too.

Hi Robert,

I would check the Calling Search Space assigned on the Unity

ports to ensure they have access to call the Alternate number

in question.

Also note that if Unity is doing a blind transfer, then I think CM is going to use the CSS of the original calling party.

Thank you both, I made those changes and check them with dna and all the transfers are handled correctly now.
