I believe that the voice quality issues may be unrelated, however I believe you're hitting defect CSCse55246.  This defect is resolved in 12.4(11)T2 as well as all the latest 12.4(15)T releases.


If this upgrade doesn't resolve your issue than you may wish to open a TAC SR and an engineer should be able to assist you further.

This could be related to a known defect in IOS.  What version are you running?  Can you provide a 'show ver'?

only when people make internation call to NZ  has voice qulity issue.
