I have been trying for a few days and I cannot figure out if this is possible.. I love the voice system directory in Unity Connection. I'm trying to setup a speed dial or softkey to the directory handler so that we can access it for our corporate extensions. I would rather not tell everyone they have to go through a menu to get to this feature. Is there a way to create a softkey or a speed dial that takes you straight to the directory handler?
We are running Unity Connection 7.1
CallManager 4.2 (soon to be 7.x)

Easy task, first of all we do not support custom softkeys.
Now, all you need is a speed dial.
CTI RP with CFA to VM to match the speed dial.
Create a call routing rule for forwarded calls in CUC to catch those calls and send those to a Directory Handler.
