Hi,
We have VG224 in our cluster. Analog phones are registered via this. The users are not able to transfer the call from their analog phones using the flash button option. When the uses presses on Flash, the second dial-tone get establishes and the first call get disconnects immediately. we have already configured Hookflash timing in our VG224. Plese suggest.

Does the VG224 register with CUCM or with 3rd party CA? If CUCM, what version? What protocol does it use (MGCP, SCCP, SIP)? Can you provide the current running configuration of the VG224?

Some of the ports have the timing hookflash-in command set to a max of 100 and a min of 80. That's not leaving much room for error. What port have you been testing on? Remove the command with default timing hookflash-in. If the issue still occurs, collect the following debugs.
debug vpm signal
debug sccp messages

Thanks a lot. The problem has got resolved after changing the value of hookflash max as 1000. Now its fine.

Make sure to change it on all of the FXS ports.
