Hello,
In EIM 4.3, does anyone know if an agent can be assigned to multiple supervisors, in the same way that you can with CAD via Team's?
I am wondering if I will need to setup one global supervisor (which Audit will just love!), or if I can setup multiple supervisors and assign them to the same agents.
Thanks!
Barry

I think not. You specify a user's direct superior, if I recall correctly. I think you can have a chain - like A supervises B who supervises C. But you can't have A supervising C and B supervising C.

Thanks Geoff!
I'll have to see if I can setup SupervisorA to be allowed to login at 6 different spots.
In my case, we have 6 supervisors (as they are on shifts) managing 30 agents who are also on shifts, so no way of splitting them up!
Have a great day!
Barry
