We have CallManager 4.1(3) and the CDR and CAR databases on the Publisher are very large in the GBs and the log files are even larger.
Is the process in "Shrink the CDR/CAR Database Size" it says in Enterprise manager is to click all tasks>shink and click the database file and the log and shrink.
Will this fix both the database file and the log?
The BARS backup is working properly and backing up both databases but the size it is backing up is a 1/4 of the size of the MDF for each.
No Errors in BARS trace or status.
The document I found showing how to do this is refering to do this if you are getting an error CDBLException Dump.
Any insight would be most helpful!
