CVP configuration backup

Hi

I need to take a backup of CVP configurations (SIP,ICM and other parameters) . Is there any Cisco document for such backup. I searched and could find only reporting Db backup/resotre.

You can export the network map from the Ops Console.

You can copy the SIP.properties file pushed to the server and file that away. I find that a few select screen shots are all I need to rebuild a CVP.

Found a way ... On the ops console ,System--> export system configuration .

To import the previous saved data system --> Import System configuration. This requires restart of CVP Ops console service and CVP resouce manager service on OPS console Server.
