Load Balancing with Thresholds

Hi,


I have a Cisco router with 2 WAN interfaces speaking EIGRP to the service provider for redundancy and load sharing purposes.


One link is an ADSL2+ service with relatively high latency (120ms), and the other link is a symmetrical 4M/4M link with very low latency (2ms).


What I would like to do is have the router choose the 4M/4M link for all traffic until the latency on the 4M/4M reaches about 120ms.  At which point, I would like the router to start "overflowing" traffic to utilise the ADSL2+ link until the latency has dropped below 100ms on the 4M/4M.  Is this possible with the use of "ip sla" and EIGRP, or any other mechanisms?  I am running 12.4(20)T5 Adv IP Svcs IOS.
