How to set up RV082 VPN access behind a ISP router

Hi,

I wanted to know how to set up RV082 router behind ISP router(bigpond) I have only one static IP and its already using for ISP outside interface.

Wanted to know anyone have network design for this kind of network? or else how i have to implement VPN connection.

Hello!

The short answer, you can, but it's not going to be easy.

Since you have only one public IP address on the WAN interface of your ISP router, you cannot reach the LAN device which have private IP addresses unless you (or your ISP) are able to forward necessary VPN ports from ISP router to  RV082. In this way when you need to connect over VPN to RV082 from Internet, you direct all you requests to ISP router which will forward them to your RV082.

Also, the ISP router has to be configured to passthrough the VPN packets for IPSEC, PPTP or whatever kind of technology you'll use.
