Agent Email - Ready/Not Ready buttons greyed out

Hi,

I've configured agent email successfully on our UCCX servers, when I save the IMAP/SMTP settings in Global Settings in Desktop Admin, I get a 'Transaction Successful' Message.

However, when I log in an agent, the Ready / Not Ready buttons for email are not selectable... they are greyed out.

Is there something I'm missing here, Exchange is setup as per documentation and I'm not seeing any errors in the EEMServerJava0000x.log files.

We have uccx 7.0(1) SR5
