Due to a change in the CUE GUI it is not possible to use the default webinterface to administer the CFA/CFNA/CFB for extensions.

How can the endusers manage these functions while away from the phone?

Installing CCP/CCA/OfficeManager on all desktops is not an acceptable solution.

Removal of Support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express GUI Functionality

Beginning with Cisco Unity Express 8.0, the Cisco Unity Express GUI no  longer provides functionality for configuring Cisco Unified  Communications Manager Express. Cisco recommends using Cisco Configuration Professional (CCP) to configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express.

I have this problem too.

you are right. http:///ccme.html works normally.

But in this instance there is a failure - I will investigate further. The webpage only shows a message in top left corner saying "VIEW WINDOW", thats it.

I tried upgrading a spare UC520 as well, there it all works fine. This must be an upgrade issue.

Found the problem.

Under telephony-service:

directory entry 7 0004523588920 name testperson, "lokalnr"

changed to

directory entry 7 0004523588920 name testperson, lokalnr

and now it works
