Problems with Pilot Point

I  have problems when creating a Pilot point in a Cisco Call Manager 5.1,  this should have the property that after some hours to pass all calls to  voice mailbox assigned to it therein.

When  that time fulfilled the CCM and throws me error "The number you have  dialed is not available, check your phone book and try again later" both  internally and by the public. Create a Time Period again, time shudeler and partition without a proper result.
Please indíquenme that I can be wrong and that this number is very important for the company.

These steps and realize a ficico Telefoni, just throws me the error when a phone belonging to a Pilot Point
