Third Party XMPP not working

I have followed the manual. I have added SRV record. I have verified JDS Directory Service

is running fine. I have LDAP setup correctly for Third Party. All my XMPP clients trying to authenticate

are unable to join server.

I had this working on CUPS 7, but it is not working on CUPS 8.

Any help would be appreciated.

nm it is working DUH.. It was SPARK client but pidgin works fine.

Hi,

I would like to test out Pidgin as well with CUP. Did you have to do anything special for the pidgin client? Or did you treat is just like the CUPC client?

The only difference I saw is that the login name from Pidigin would be username@mydomain.com

. I have had no issues and can even pull vCard info from AD on the third party clients.

I have had troubels with empathy working though. Seems to be a bug within the GNUtls on empathy and won't negoiate 1.0 tls.
