editing Hunt groups CUCM 7.x

I run into a problem on CUCM ver 7.x and looking for some insight....

I have an existing hunt group of four extensions.....a call goes through all extension and then goes back to the voicemail of the first extension....

I have edited the hunt group and removed the 1st extension (now have three).  I want the call to end at a new voicemail of one of these extensions.

For some reason over my head....it keeps going back to the voicemail of the extension that was removed.  I edited the hunt group, even deleted and re-created the hunt group, reset the hunt list, and checked unity to make sure there weren't any noticeable problems there.

Any ideas why this loop continues even though the extension and voicemail have been removed?

Hi John,

Have a look in the Voicemail system (Unity/Unity Connection?) and find the First

extension. Look for the Hunt Pilot # set up as an Alternate Extension/Delete and

then re-create under the new DN where you want the Voicemails to land.
