How to access deleted voicemails?

We got request from a user.

The user needs to access deleted messages. when we check the TUI we only have options to delete the messages items.

We are using voice mail only setup, not unified messaging.

Please let me know if this is possible in Unity or not?

I know this is possible with Unity Connection.

I have this problem too.

Hello Domin,

It depends if they are in the "soft" deleted message. Meaning they are going to a deleted items folder rather then being permantely deleted. Here is a link that describes how this can be changed to allow users to access them.

It would also need to be within your "message aging policy". Which will determine when messages are permanentyl deleted from the deleted items folder.

For the actual retrieval by the end user please see the below links, but keep in mind if it has already expired past the aging policy or there is no deleted items folder created you will not be able to retrieve the message.
