Hi,
Customer bought Cisco 2851Voice Bundle w/ PVDM2-48, FL-CCME-100 (Part Number CISCO2851-CCME/K9)
I suppose when you buy a bundle like this, the ISR router has included and loaded (activated) the license to run with 100 IP Phones regardless of the IOS applied (I mean, a IOS with capable with VoIP)
Now, he wants to expand the system to store 150 IP Phones. How could I procced with feaure license?
Is the Feature License (in example FL-CCME-50) a file that should be loaded in the system or is like a PAK in CUCM taht should be uploaded in the Cisco licensing web page?
If was a file, how should load it?
Thanks in advance

As Rob was telling before (rated his post), CME does not enforce phone licenses in any way.

Hi Raul,
Sadly the 2851 cannot support 150 phones Even with the newest CME licensing scheme,
Licenses are Paper based RTU licenses (Right to Use)
Cheers!

Thank you Rob,
Sorry, I see there is no possibility to add 50 seat license more in this router.
In another scenario, with the possibility to add more licenses, How could I proceed to do it?
When you said: Licenses are Paper based RTU licenses (Right to Use), Do you mean that shouldn't load any new files in the system? Then, how do CM Express realize that we have added more licenses?
Thanks
