Incoming calls to queues are lost before being answered by the agent

I have a problem, calls to join a queue of an agent is not enough to be served rings once and the call is dropped, down logs and I find that the problem may be happening is variable because it is presented every few timepo to day but I is registered as abandoned calls for the queues.

The queue name is CSC_BonoVirtual

Hi Frak,

You may be better served via a TAC service request on this issue. I recommed you do that instead.
