ICM service re-start

Whenever I re-start ICM service (all services), it is showing logon failure and unable to restart. I need to go to services.msc, click the appropriate service- logon- retype the domain password and manually restart. Please let me know  is there any permanent fix for this. ICM version 7.5.8

Hi Krishna,

Have you checked the Service Account Manager? You can access it from ICM Work Station. This utility will show you if the services requiring user logon accounts are in a Healthy State or not. You can also edit the service accounts from here is fix any issues you see.
