i use windows 7 proffesional now on a new computer, my cisco configuaration professional gives a blank screen with java 22.214.171.124
there must be a solution.
you expect a simple solution by google, but that isn't true.
How are you launching the application? Can you try launching the application by "Right Clicking" on the icon and choose "Run as Administrator" pls?
Let me know if that resolves the launch problem.
