Good day all,
I have installed a cisco call manager 7.1 with unity express 8.0
Our customers wants a general report for each bri and each internal phone for incoming and outgoing calls.
Also, he wants a report for the incoming calls to a specific internal phone, so to know how many incoming call has this phone from a specific number.
I am using the gui and in the tab reports I can t see the call history tab.
I have to configure someting?

Can I ask you somthing else?
From my phone, 7911 directories --> placed calls I can see all the calls that I have made and the details for each call.
The question is, if there is any xml, for example in the flash, with all the calls from any ip phone, that can be downloaded.

No, that's not something you can download from the phones.
