MSA P2000 has different models, the FC model has 2 fiber channel ports per storage controller that can be connected to any FC switches.

Thanks for your reply.
What I really needed is the Cisco SAN switch with support for msa2000 array storage.
Can you get me the part number please?
Since I was not able to get the MSA P2000 from Cisco website.

any fiber channel switch will work with MSA 2000, it all comes down to what you need (ports, functionality, budget)

while MDS 9124 would give the exact number of ports you are asking ..it's a 4G switch only, i would actually look at 9148. MSA P2000 has 8G capable ports for host connectivity so 9148 would give that flexibility. You don't have to pay for all 48 ports at once. You can buy 9148 with either 16 or 32 ports and then later one buy additional "8-port" licenses.
