Issues Logging into CCM Admin Interface - CallManager 4.1

I have ran into an issue to where I am unable to log into the CCM Admin interface (CCM Version 4.1).  When attempting to log in, it just re-prompts me with the user credential screen.  I have attempted to reset the Admin password with the CCMPWDCHANGER but when entering the password, it states that the "Administrator password does not match."  We run a standalone environment (No integration with AD).

Take a look at the adminutility (start > run > adminutility) and see if your passwords are showing syncronized.  If you have more than one server can you login to any other server?
