We have deployed SPA962 phones and are now looking to configure them using the provisioning method.
We have done this with the SPA525G and everything is working quite well. However, with the same LDAP config ( with minor adjustments for the field name ), the SPA962 shows the config on the web admin for the phone, but the phone itself does not appear to recognize or register it.
Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this or is this a software defect?
