hi,
seems to be a serious issue. you can try the following:-
1. If you have the local fallback configured on firewall, stop ACS services so that it will fallback to local authentication. Once you are into firewall undo the changes which caused this issue.
2. If you have not saved the config changes, reboot the firewall so that you will have the orignal config back.
if this doesn't help, please provide me what error messages you are getting in ACS for authentication and authorization?
