LMS 3.2 CiscoWorks Daemon Manager does not want to startup in Windows Server 2008 64bit?

I need help concerning the CiscoWorks Daemon Manager that does not want to startup.
I keep on getting the Error 1053.

I installed the CiscoWorks LMS 3.2 Evaluation and then enter license.
I just need the CiscoWorks Daemon Manager started up.

Could somebody please assist me in this issue.

One of these problems is a known issue: the swap space problem. You need to go to your swap configuration screen and uncheck the option to let Windows automatically manage your swap. Instead, make sure you manually configure up to two time the physical RAM for swap.

Other problems could be due to a bad installation. Before going much further, what version of Windows is this? If this is 2008 R2, that is not supported, and LMS will not work on it. If you are on 2008 R1, then make sure you followed these tips for a successful Windows installation.
