Cisco callmanger 7.2 statistics

We have a Cisco Call manager 7.2 operating on a MCS7835 server. Our customer would like to have statistics for the following values:

1) Number of incoming calls

2) Number of incoming calls in queue

3) Number of abandoned incoming calls

4) Average of incoming calls duration

Can call manager 7.2 provide the above values and how?

Can we get the above values from SNMP?

Those are contact center related values, CUCM does not have any of those.

If you have a contact center app I'd recommend you to look for this data there.

OK

I can understand that item 2 is related with contact center. But we want to extract information for items 1, 3, 4 for all regitered users in the CUCM and not only for the contact center agents.

Isther any way do get such data?

If you want something like

Phone A had 34 calls

Phone B has 26 calls

etc

No, you can use CAR and it will give you the ALL the calls with details but it won't give you anything as I just mentioned in a report of just how many calls per phone, you'd need to do this report PER phone.

Same for missed calls, you'll see calls with 0 duration but you won't get "this phone had X missed calls"

For 4 there is no reporting on this. CAR will give you the call length (for each call) but there is no average value.

CAR cannot do this, you'd need to look into 3rd party billing servers.
