VMO Issue

Hello, I installed VMO 8 with Unity 7 and CUCM 7 on XP machines. when i try to send a VM to a phone i get :" The Specified Phone Number does not answer" any idea?

Do you have TRAP ports for that VM integration?

Are the VM ports able to dial that DN?

I don't have trap setup and yes the number can dial the VM port number.

Hi

TRAP = telephony recording and playback; you'll therefore need some trap ports for playback.

Also whether the DN can dial the voicemail port is unrelated to whether the voicemail port can dial the DN; use DNA to verify whether the CSS assigned to the VM ports can dial the end user's DN.
