Dear Sir;

If you are still on this situation, suggest to run the application attached to get phones back to normal. This is first time it is reported, looks like an upgrade terminated abnormally.

I contacted PDS and they sent me the tool and tried it and did not resolve the SOS.  Finally had to RMA the phones and get a replacement.
