QM 8.0(2)

Hello,

I am looking for information on a QM 8.0(2) release date. I'm assuming that it hasn't been released as there doesn't seem to be documentation or software available for download.

Any information would be appreciated!

Hi Jeff,

sorry to break this news for you, but (assuming you're talking about the IP Queue Manager) it is no longer sold and is not supported any more.

You might want to migrate to IP IVR.

Hi netbakter,

Thanks for the response, but I'm actually talking about Queue Management, which is a Callabrio product that integrates with UCCX for advanced recording. The version listed compatible with UCCX 8 is QM 8.0(2), but there is no information on its release date.
