Don't work service-policy

How can enable service-policy and traffic-shape on virtual-template in Cisco 3925 IOS c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M1.bin ipbase ?

Record:

policy-map test512
class class-default
shape average 128000

....

interface Virtual-Template1

service-policy output test512

....

not write error messages and don't work

After connected user and create virtual access interface:

That is bug ID. If you have CCO ID, you can see it from bug toolkit.

Unable to apply service policy on virtual-template interface
Symptom: On 12.4(24)T3 and 12.4(22)T4, an applied service policy on virtual-template interface does not show up. Router#sh policy-map interface output Virtual-Template1 Service-policy output: salida_vtem Service policy content is displayed for cloned interfaces only such as vaccess and sessions Router# On 12.4(15)T5, it works fine. Conditions: NA Workaround: NA
