CSA-CM: Cannot access the Management Console

Hi All

I am facing an issue with a  CSA-CM

The Management Center Suddenly stopped working, and i cannot access it

When checking the services, I found that the service "MAnagement Console for Cisco Security Agent 6.0" is stopped and cannot be started manually

The SQL database service is Running

I tried to apply the Latest Patch  of the management Center, but while installing it, I got another error(Attached) and the installation is aborted

Can anyone help?

Jorj;

  There are many variables here that could contribute to the MC becoming unresponsive and the upgrade not completing successfully (type of SQL installation, size of database, etc).  It would be best to open a service request with TAC to allow for in-depth troubleshooting of the issue through log analysis.
