Connected Linksys spa 3102 and GSM Wavelink FCT C6 port FXO, caught in this classic problem of a busy signal. Use the PSTN Disconnect Detection-> Detect Polarity Reversal failed, as when connecting to GSM sends something that SPA immediately terminates the connection.

The SPA3102 supports two frequency components. If the tone has only one frequency, use the same value for both frequencies.
