CUCM & Polycom IP phone

Hi,

I have CUCM 5.1.

I am trying to use Polycom IP phone (IP 6000) with CUCM but its not getting register with CUCM.

Can any one help to resolve ??

is the Polycom using SIP/h.323/mgcp to communicate with CUCM? How are you adding it into CUCM?
