I have a request for training purposes that a clie
nt needs to listens to calls (not voice recording) now as far as im aware there is either barge or conferencing
that i know of. The clinet mentioned 'whispering' but again as far as i know whicpering is a intercom feature
for a user to whisper to a manager etc and they can reply using the intercom so would not be relevant to listening to calls. An
yone advise of something i am missing?
