Issue after failed upgrade on UC540

Hello,

It's my first UC500, and I have some trouble.

I have an issue after a failed upgrade of 7.0.3 to 8.0.4 using telnet and CCA.

All terminal commands I try to run I have this error :

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker

If I using CCA, and try to update again, I have this message :

Cannot retrieve CUE version information

If I try to run CUE diagnosis, it failed.

Could you help me please.

Thank you

You might want to check and verify that the CUE module has booted and is accessible before you try any configuration through CCA. It can hose up your config if you try to proceed too quickly. A good rule of thumb I always follow when using CCA is to set back to factory defaults and upon rebooting go away and do something else for 10-15 minutes while the system boots, phones update, CUE initializes, etc...

If you issue the command service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 status what output is returned?

Cole

Hi Cole,

Has I said all terminal command returm me

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker

even : service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 status

and my UC still in default factory

Thank for your help.

I know my mistake, I forget to type enable at the begining so I had'nt root right.

I flash UC again via CLI in admin mode, and everything seems to be OK now.

Thanks
