3925 SM-ES3G-16-P not recognized

We purchased an 3925 with a 16 port Gig SM module installed.

When I boot up router, those interfaces do not show up.

Do I have to do anything special to enable those interfaces to be seen on router.

(The 4th Gig interface show up as GI1/0, but I don't know where it is physicall located; possibly the SM Module itself ??)

Pertinent IOS information:
