Some agents are not able to be monitored from CSD.

Unanswered Question

I am experiencing a problem where only SOME agents are unable to be monitored from CSD.  Out of approx. 50 agents logged in, only 3 or 4 are unable to be monitored.  They are all on the same switch stack and configured the exact same way.  I have disabled advertising the G722 codec but that didn't solve the problem.  Any ideas?

By the way, I'm running UCCX 7.0 SR3.

Hi, you can check the following:

-->Check for firewall and antivirus

-->NIC compatbility

-->Run postinstall

-->Span to PC port, pc PORT enabled , PC voice VLAN access and G.722 codec disabled

-->Sniffer on agent PC to see if it is getting any RTP
