Hi Folks,

Im having lms 3.x and my Rme show zero..

device state | no.of devices

1.normal             0
2.pending            0
3.pre-deployed     0
4.suspended        0
5.alias                 0
6.conflicting         0

could someone help plz..

Hi,

I got exactly the same problem. But in "RME Home", managed devices are 460. But if I want to run some reports, no devices are there, all categories are 0.

Any idea?

I resolved this issue myself..

follow the procedure...

1. check the cwservices...in services.msc

>> The only services that should be automatic are :

* Ciscoworks Daemon Manager
* CWCS rsh/rcp
* CWCS syslog
* CWCS tftp
put the rest back to manual.
Then restart the Daemon Manager

net stop crmdmgt, net start crmdmgt.

2. Check autmatic detection is enabled in Rme.

3. May be after doing all these, you need to a sync archive for all the devices...

4. If any issues come in between, try to del and add those devices in step 3.
