Can someone tell , how to confgirue Cisco Remote VPN on PIX 506e 6.3 with AD authentication

AD authentication is not supported in PIX version 6.3.

It's only supported from version 7.x onwards.

Dont Agree with you. it was working before properly until i reset my pix on factory default.

As per the command reference, version 6.3 only supports radius and tacacs:
