Branch office router

We currently run CCM7 which I need to extend to a branch office for about 35 - 40 users. I'd like to provide SRST and also have a local breakout to PSTN via a SIP turnk to a 3rd party. I also want to host voicemail locally on unity express. I'm having trouble specing the router for the site and would appreciate some help. Can anyone confirm if the following makes sense:

C2851-VSEC-SRST/K9

FL-CUBE-25

AIM-CUE

SCUE-LIC-50CCM

As you will probably guess I'm new to this so please be gentle !!

Thanks

You do this with a 2911, no need for a 2851.

Use ISM for CUE..

FL-CUBE is not needed

Thanks for the reply.

I thought I needed FL-CUBE in order to create a SIP trunk to an external 3rd party? .

I'm not sure what you mean by ISM, is that the NM-CUE instead?

No, as mentioned above, that is not needed or required.

You can think to the ISM as a replacemente for AIM in ISR G2. Please read the data sheet linked above.
