Status LED on ASA 5510 is amber

Hi i just purchased a new ASA 5510,

When i am standing at back of ASA ,

its Status and power LED on left hand are green, but its status and active LED on right hand side are Amber.


Can any one help why? i cant see any thing on console of ASA, looks like its not powering up properly?

Hi Ahmad,


If the Status LED is amber, this indicates the power-up diagnostics have failed. I would recommend opening a TAC case so this can be investigated and replaced if needed.
