FXO - Stats - Uc500

Is there any way to have a graph or other nice stats to figure out the FXO utilisation.

I think that I have too much FXO line for my needs and I would like to gather more information...

Hi Philippe,

I tried to do this one time using SNMP and almost had it.

Unlike ISDN, we do not have a useful active calls mib to graph - unless I completely missed it!

The closest I could get was the voip call active table mib:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.2

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en&translate=Translate&objectInput=cvVoIPCallActiveTable

This lists all the active call legs - rather than a nice integer of the number of calls!

So my task was to create a script that determines the number of calls from this table. Needless to say I had better things to do and forgot all about it.

I hope my past failure offers you some guidance!

I have try to type this OID on PRTG or on a simple software as MIB-browser and it did'nt find anything on the UC500.

Doest someone can find the state of a FXO on a uc500 with a specific OID ?

Hi Philippe,

I have hunted around for this again and found a more promising oid:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.62.1.3.2

I have tested this on a 2801 with vic2-4fxo and it displays the on-hook status.

Check whether this works for your UC500!
