I haven't got order information from back when they were first purchased so have looked in the registry and have found hardware codes like " /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} MCS7835H04", thats great but unfortunately when i look on the supported servers matrix (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ps5748/ps378/prod_brochure0900aecd8062a4f9.html) i need more than that, in fact there is no suck thing as a 7835H04

Any ideas???

Thanks in advance...

Look at the physical chassis; there should be a sticker on it that shows you the model.
