We have just installed Cisco Mobile 8 on two iphones. Dialing out work fine however only 1 in around 10 incoming call cause the phone to ring normally, for all other incoming calls the iphone rings once and then stops. The call continues to ring on the shared line on the desk phone.
I've seen a couple of other postings regarding this issue but no one appears to have an answer to it.
We are using shared lines with CFNA set to 20secs, therefore this shouldn't be the issue.
Can anyone offer any advice on this issue.
